He is King of the Castle

Nothing was cooler than seeing today's little progress. I guess having the walls was a shock, but being able to see the view, and feel the floor plan was an equal exhilaration.

Today, the main floor board was placed down. Super cool! And the builders put down a ladder and told us we had to see the view! Here are some photos:

This one is of the front of the house, not from the roof, but you get a better idea of how the front basement will look out.

Now a view from my kitchen window, going to the back of the lot (the driveway).

 The highlight was seeing Josh looking out over the view. If you look close, you can see a tear streaming down his cheek.


The next few days: plumbing rough-in, cement floor in basement, and Hydro-One on Monday.
